Hi there! Unfortunately, the i-house 2.0 is still under preliminary engineering. I am not sure when it will be available, they have not finalized any specifics for the home.

Can we be notified by email when it is ready for sale (Washington State)? Also, why is there no longer a dealer in Seattle? Is there no Clayton Homes here?

As soon as the i-house 2.0 is available it will be updated on our website. We have a home center in Olympia,WA that sells the i-house.

The 2.0 is not available anywhere yet. It is still under preliminary engineering. It will be updated on our website as soon as it is available.
