i House in MN

My wife and I live in the Twin Cities and are looking for our first home.  The design of the i House is amazing but I have a couple of questions.  Is it suitable for MN living (i.e. winters)?  What do they come furnished with (appliances, etc)?  Finally, where might we be able to see one that is in the area?  Like I said, the design is fabulous and we would love to learn more about them including when and where we can get ours.
