Where is the heating/cooling/power infrastructure kept? I don't really see it on the floor plans. Things like: Furnace Air conditioner Battery system for solar system on demand hot water heaters Are all these things included in your quoted price? Also, how do you heat/cool the Flex room? Do you run duct work from the main house to it? Thanks!

The infrastructure of the heating and cooling is designed throughout the home. We are using an Intertherm variable speed handler as well as a 16 seer electric heat pump for the i-house. The duct work is encapsulated in R-8 insulation.

The flex units are controlled by a 19 SEER ductless minisplit wall mounted system. The hot water heaters are located in a utility closet off the main hallway.
