3 Bedroom ihouse II

Can the ihouse II be configured to make the large walk-in closet to be a third bedroom? The washer/dryer could be stacked and moved to the hallway and the water heater changed to tankless. The new bedroom would need and egress window and might have to change places with the bathroom.
