Garage plans

Do you have any plans to add garage options as part of the flexiblity of the ihouse?

Additionally, what are the R-values of the insulated walls and roof?

A garage is always an option with the purchase of any clayton home. However a garage will not be premanufactured and brought to the building site, it will be site built. A contractor will be brought in and we will utilize the same materials that are incorporated in the i-house. This allows us maximum flexibility in building what will exactly fit your needs.

The insulation values are as follows,
The insulation used in the walls is a formaldehyde free highdensity insulation. R Value is 21.

The flooring insualtion is R-30 encapsulated with vapor barriers.

The roof utilizes a blown cellulose and has an R Value of 30.
