Fireplaces?

Will there be a fireplace option, if not, can that be added latter safely?  Have property overlooking Stecoah Gap in NC and MUST have a fireplace.  Love the idea of being off the grid as much as possible and plan to visit Maryville in the fall.

Thanks, Jeff

An integral fireplace is not a part of the design of the i-house at this time. A fireplace, if not properly installed, can rob you of considerable energy in heating when you need it the most. The fireplace would have to be properly installed to avoid this. If we know in advance, we could assist you in selecting the proper fireplace that will minimize or eliminate this exposure to energy waste.

A fireplace is also a great idea. Perhaps something along the lines of Malm.

We have enjoyed a pellet stove in Western Washington State and are considering one for installation in your product. If we select the stove will you install it prior to shipment and setup?
