My dream

I have owned 2 large real estate companies in the past. I have worked with hundreds of developers and sold in excess of 11 billion in closed Sales. We specialized predominatly in Condos, both Conversion and New. I worked dilligantlly with developers with floor and exterior plans as well as amenities, models, and the list goes on and on. Really,from concept to Closing. and then the crash.

Now with Sotheby's heading their HiRise Division. I, since an early age have been transfixed on the development of Mobile Homes that the typical demograph would not purchase. I have followed Clayton i-house since its announcement. I am enrolling in developer courses at Ga Tech, regarding public land reuse, affordable housing, Green Construction, ETC...

My dream is to build affordable green communities, possibly with Government grants and loans meeting the criteria that 25% must be leased as low income homes.

Practically, every developer I have met states that Development and creation is my best suit. I am just starting this new journey and would appreciate any help you could throw my way using i-house as the platform.

I see that I house will be an option in a green farm outside of Savannah. I have this obsession that I will hope will lead to large scale sustainable communities in S. Georgia close proximity to the coast for second homes or retirement home, as well as the pod concept for Student Housing
