Trying to buy land....

Well, I'm trying to get the ball rolling by looking at land but the ones I can afford are sloped.  Most of them are sloped up but some I have spotted are sloped down.  Some are extreme and scary but some don't look terrible.....maybe 20-30 degrees.  I know you guys would like flat land but is it possible to build the ihouse on a slope?  Would you have a person come out and take a look at the land before the ihouse is built?

Melissa,

Great questions! We can site the i-house just about anywhere. You are correct in saying that a flat property would be easier, but a flat property is not always possible. Sloped properties tend to offer the best views anyways!

We would most definitely like to visit your property and advise you on all the necessary steps to site an i-house there. Give us a call and let's discuss which i-house would best suit your needs and then we can have the authorized i-house retailer in your area go and visit your property. Look forward to hearing from you!

Is there any cost to an authorized i-house retailer to go and visit the prospective land?

After you have met with an i-house specialist and decided to go forward with the purchase of a new i-house, a specialist will visit the property at no cost.
