Turn Key?
We are very interested in the I-House for our land in Oklahoma and are wondering about the costs for foundation and ground readiness. Is this cost figured into the total price and can we act as our own contractor on site prep and setting the foundation with your specs? We are also wondering about the ability to add more solar panels a few years later.

Setup costs can vary widely due to the variance of land types. Generally we will have a representative come and survey your property and give you a cost estimate.
As far as acting as your own contractor, that is a definite possibility, it would only require you being able to obtain the necessary permits and inspections, assuming you are certified with the state to do such a project.
