More on space needs

I am particularly interested in i-house I with the following modification: add a combination walk-in closet/washer-dryer room between the bedroom and the bath. This would help to deal with the problem of storage space limitations: (1) a closet area would be provided, and (2) the washer-dryer would be moved out of the kitchen pantry.

Note this concept is the same as i-house II with bedroom 2 removed. Those of us with need for additional bedroom(s) could add flex 1, 2 or 3.
