floorplan


I just closed escrow on a 13500 Sq. ft lot in San Mateo county.  I plan on subdividing into 2 lots.  I want to know if floorplan can be altered so living room/kitchen is in back and bedroom is in front facing st with the same window configuration.

I like that idea. I want a 4 bedroom 2 bath house but I want it connected - not like two separate houses.

Can the large flex room (626 sq ft)be fitted with kitchen plumbing?
