When is my Brochure going to come in the mail?

I requested more informaiton on the website and I was just wondering when I am going to recieve my ihouse brochure?

It should take less than 14 days to arrive in your mail.

I was told by an i-house representative that there was no brochures going out by mail.

Apparently I am in error. I just checked with the call center and they are sending a pdf, saving paper, to interested parties with more complete information. I have asked them to include you on this email.
