Any news on Western NC?

Still wondering if we'll ever see the iHouse in WNC? from statesville, the only issue is taking 40 over Old Fort, if I-40 is being used in other parts of the state, shouldn't we have acces in WNC? BTW~ going over Old Fort is a climb, but no so outrageous as to prevent you from reaching a golden market (Asheville - think green sustainable housing's home base) for your product.
