land to build on

I have selected iHouse II Flex II Layout E. Would like to build in or near Charlotte, NC. Do I need to acquire the land first or do you have plans to expand to other parts of the country?

I live in WA State and would like to know if financing can be gotten through your company or just through regular financing channels. I have been reading about how difficult it is to get financing on raw land. Also, since you say the ihouse is a modular, then I should be able to get traditional financing?

Financing is available through our company, but should also be available through traditional banks. This is a modular home and as such should meet requirements of other lenders.
