Snow Load Factor?

What is the snow load that these houses can handle?
If for instance I decided to place a unit in Maple Falls, Wa 98266;
I would want to be sure it could handle the anticipated snow load  for this
area. . .thanks ahead for your response.

The i-house can be built for snow load requirements up to 45 lbs. There may be the opportunity to build to higher snow loads with additional engineering. Please give us a call to get things started.

I am interested in a NH location for an i-house. The ground snow load there is predicted at 85 lbs/sq. ft. I suppose that is what the load on the roof must accommodate. Can that be done with the i-house? How much cost will this add?

The maximum snow ooad without additional engineering is 45 lbs. In your case it would require additional engineering and additional permits and approvals from the state. To get us started you will need to spec out your home and place a deposit for your home. Call the toll free number to get everything worked out and determine if in fact we can deliver an i-house to NH.
