Land

Have you guys considered taking the more traditional housing development approach: establishing an i-house neighborhood by selling lots to buyers and building the buyer's desired layout on their lot? That could make the i-house more accessible to buyers in more metropolitan areas where open residential lots are at a premium.

I'd like to know if there are land/home deals (full setup with a well & septic) on acreage, outside Santa Fe, NM where the equestrian community resides? I know that there are local ordinances that dictate how much land is essential (5 acres I believe) in order to have any goats (my 2 goats are my horse's best friends).

Plus, do you have contractors whose jobs could be incorporated into the mortgage contract, who could erect a small barn with electric, water and fencing?

Blessings, in2books

Clayton i-house model home centers and their i-house specialists can aid customers in acquiring property. The i-house specialists can handle every aspect of the project even extra things like garages/barns. Tomj and in2books, please contact us if you would like to begin! Thank you.

We are evaluating the possibilities of providing a complete "turn key" package for potential i-house home owners. Currently we are looking into opportunities in Atlanta and Knoxville to build and setup an i-house for sale. We are open to ideas. Thank you.

Atlanta and Knoxville have all kinds of affordable housing - how about Metro DC/Alexandria VA/Fort Washington MD!! We need something like this - Holin Hills is beautiful but way overpriced.
