I've seen the i-house and Flex models and it is better than even the photos and videos make it look...!!!
If you think the i-house and Flex look good in the virtual tours and photos, I visited the model in Sacramento and it looks even better when you are in the model. It is my next house for sure (within the next 6 to 8 months) and for those of you who haven't gotten inside a model to see it for yourself...I can't tell you how pleased you will be when you do. Make the effort if you are at all interested because the house sells itself!!!
The house seems much more spacious when you are inside it than the square footage would make you think. The finishes are just great, the amount of natural light in the house is all one could ask for. Both models are just fantastic!!!
I have been looking for a pre-fab house for a long time to put on my Oregon property and, while I've visited some great houses, nothing beats the i-house for style, sustainability AND price!!!
